My grandmother Sheila was a doctor in Winnipeg, Canada, for the majority of her life and found great success in the medical field. Sheila was diagnosed with Advanced Alzheimer’s disease.  Her executive functioning and memory skills have declined rapidly over past years.  Sad to say Sheila just passed away on October 3rd, 2024.

Because of this, I was inspired to create Youth For Alzheimer’s Prevention, for which I am the founder. You can learn more about this project in the link below!
